Meet the Host

Image of Julia Rae Image of Julia Rae

Julia Rae is an actor, singer, model, writer, and advocate for the cystic fibrosis community. Living with CF herself, she has always made a point of empowering and uplifting people who have chronic conditions, and even founded her own non-profit at the age of 16 to help fund music therapy programs for children facing challenges.

Along with hosting the Uncommon Lungs podcast, Julia Rae has made multiple TV and movie appearances. She now splits her time between her hometown, Philadelphia, New York City, and Los Angeles.
