Ingredients

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons lightly packed brown sugar

¼ teaspoon baking powder

3 tablespoons milk

½ tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter

2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mug. Whisk using a fork until no lumps remain.

  2. Stir in the chocolate chips, reserving some for sprinkling on top.

  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until top appears dry.
