Herb salmon hero


10 ounces salmon filets (2 skin-on
5-ounce filets)

1 teaspoon honey

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon fresh tarragon

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon dried thyme

⅛ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon olive oil



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. Whisk the other ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over each piece of salmon.
  5. Bake the salmon skin-side down for about 8 minutes (until it flakes easily with a fork).

Pair the salmon with brown rice and grilled asparagus for a balanced meal!
