Salmon With Herbs & Honey Mustard
10 ounces salmon filets (2 skin-on
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh tarragon
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Whisk the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each piece of salmon.
- Bake the salmon skin-side down for about 8 minutes (until it flakes easily with a fork).
Pair the salmon with brown rice and grilled asparagus for a balanced meal!
