Ingredients
4 slices of your favorite bread
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons jelly
2 eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Spread peanut butter on 2 slices of bread. Spread jelly on the other 2.
- Combine to make sandwiches.
- In a bowl, lightly beat eggs and cream together.
- Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
- Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well.
- Place in skillet and brown both sides. Serve immediately.
