Ingredients
2 bananas, broken into chunks
2 cups milk
½ cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
2 cups ice cubes
Directions
- Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
To save time in the morning, try slicing the banana the night before you make your smoothie. All you need is lemon juice! Be sure to use lots of it—at least half a lemon—and toss the banana slices thoroughly so all sides are coated. This will keep the banana from turning brown. Put the banana slices in a sealed container and refrigerate overnight.
