2 cups canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
4-5 tablespoons Greek yogurt (full fat)
1 tablespoon tahini
Juice of ½ lemon
Scant teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients and blend well. Taste as you go!
- Blend thoroughly for a smooth consistency, and less for a more chunky spread.
- Try on a sandwich or with pita chips or vegetable sticks.
