Ingredients
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons lightly packed brown sugar
¼ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
½ tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mug. Whisk using a fork until no lumps remain.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, reserving some for sprinkling on top.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute or until top appears dry.
