Ingredients

 

1 slice of whole-grain bread

½ of a ripe avocado

½ tablespoon olive oil

Lemon wedge

Pinch of coarse sea salt

 

Directions

 

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Scoop out the avocado, mash gently, and spread on top of bread.
  3. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and coarse sea salt.
  4. Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or sesame seeds for a punch of flavor!
