Avocado pudding pops


1 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled

⅓ cup maple syrup

1 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 pinch of salt

1 ice pop mold


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into ice pop mold.
  3. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  4. Remove pops from mold and enjoy!
