1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

1 ripe banana

2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

1 cup whole milk 


  1. Place strawberries, banana, peanut butter, and whole milk in a blender.
  2. Put the lid on and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy the smoothie on the go!
