Ingredients

1 cup sliced peaches

1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt

1 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Variations: Instead of peaches, use 1 cup of sliced bananas, fruit cocktail, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries.

Fresh peaches are the way to go, but frozen fruit works, too!
