Thai inspired ramen


1 packet of your favorite ramen noodles

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or more to taste

1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

1 tablespoon chopped green onion (or a sprinkle of garlic and onion powder)


  1. Prepare 1 packet of your favorite flavor of ramen noodles as directed on the package.
  2. Remove noodles from heat. Drain off most of the liquid from the noodles. Stir in peanut butter and sriracha.
  3. Top with peanuts and green onion and serve immediately.

Add chopped cooked chicken or frozen vegetables in the last minute of cooking to make a heartier meal.
