1 packet of your favorite ramen noodles
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or more to taste
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
1 tablespoon chopped green onion (or a sprinkle of garlic and onion powder)
- Prepare 1 packet of your favorite flavor of ramen noodles as directed on the package.
- Remove noodles from heat. Drain off most of the liquid from the noodles. Stir in peanut butter and sriracha.
- Top with peanuts and green onion and serve immediately.
Add chopped cooked chicken or frozen vegetables in the last minute of cooking to make a heartier meal.
